HARMAN express aims to provide a secure service that offers you a choice of delivery points to suit your requirements. We appreciate that it is not always possible to have orders delivered to your home, workplace or other secure destination, therefore we can offer you the additional benefit of having your order delivered to a post office that is local to you. That’s over 15000 Post Offices throughout the UK who will receive your order which can then be collected at a time that suits you.

Your order
Orders are acknowledged following submission of an order to us via our website. We will send you an order acknowledgement by e.mail confirming receipt of your order together with details of the products ordered.
Next Working Day Deliveries – Non Post Office
All orders less then £50 will be subject to a delivery charge of £5.99. Orders greater than £50.00 will be delivered FREE.
Orders will be delivered by our carriers UPS between Monday and Friday up to 6pm except Bank Holidays, where a next working day delivery will take place. Orders received by 3pm will be delivered the next working day. Please refer to the table below for more specific details.

All deliveries will require a signature.
Deliveries to a nominated Post Office
All orders less then £50 will be subject to a delivery charge of £5.99. Orders greater than £50.00 will be delivered to your nominated Post Office FREE. You can select your preferred Post Office at the checkout.
Next day deliveries cannot be guaranteed. When your order has been despatched we will notify you by e-mail the details of your unique track and trace number and provide you with a link to the Royal Mail website. We advise that you confirm your delivery has arrived, then simply collect at a time that suits you. Please remember to take some proof of ID with you or you will not be able to collect.
Orders must be collected within 21 days of receipt at the Post Office. If you fail to collect your order, the goods will be returned to our warehouse and unpacked. You will receive a refund less the original delivery charge (if applicable) and less the return delivery charge applied. We aim to process this within 30 days of receipt of the goods back into our warehouse.
Stock
We aim to deliver your order in full however in the unlikely event that stock is not available we will contact you immediately to discuss alternative arrangements.
